Navigation Path< module > – Constant Contact
Custom Contact is a powerful tool that can be used to build Workflow and Automation Systems utilizing Custom Letters, Custom Reports and a system scheduling tool called CRON.
The Custom Contact tool can be found on the left side menu of all of the major administrative modules.
You can access the tool by clicking on the Custom Contact link and then selecting which version you chose to use.
To access the News Directory click the News icon
To access the Date Directory lick the Date icon
PROJECT DIRECTORY
To EDIT a PROJECT job simply click the “BLUE ICON” button found at the end of the table row.
Components: Edit ComponentTo EDIT a component from your project click the EDIT Components Icon
Components are designed to run on a specific date or they can be designed to run after a certain period of time (measured in days) from the day the user was subscribed to the Project.

Components are intended to deliver a CUSTOM LETTER to the subscribed user OR to a specified individual other than the recipient such as a staff member.Component Types:
ADVANCED SETTINGS can be reached by clicking the BLUE icon. It is here that you assign your CUSTOM LETTER to the component and define WHO the component recipient is.
