How Do I Assign an Attribute to a User?

Module Menu →  Select Module → Toolbar → Attributes → Edit

Explanation

The attributes function is available under every major too bar…
Development, Admissions, Registrar, Finance, and Library

Under the Module menu (upper right corner), go to the module you wish to add the attribute to.

Go to the bottom of the toolbar and click on “Attributes.” If you have existing attributes you will now see them here. 

Click on the corresponding blue “edit” button.

Click on “View Users”

Type in the user’s name

Click on “Add User”

Click on “Add Subscription”

The attribute has now been assigned to the new user

Click the white “X” 

Click the white “X” 

Click on “Attributes” to refresh the page 

The attribute has been updated and the usage number is now 1 user higher than it previously was.
