Batch Posting to Activity Manager / Calendar

 

The Custom Reports function is available under every major tool bar...

Development, Admissions, Registrar, Finance and Library

 

AUnder Navigation go to "Recruitment/Admissions"

B: Click on "Customs Reports"

CClick on "calendar"

 

DClick on the boxes next to all people you wish to add the activity to 

EClick on "Post to my calendar"  or  " Post to recipient calendar"

F: Select "Appointment" or "email sent" or "Phone call" or "other"

G: Type in a note or message

H: Click on "post to calendar"

I: Click on "My Tasks"

 

J: Activity successfully added

K: Click on the activity

 

L: Click on the box to indicate "Completed"  or  "not completed"

M: Click on "Delete Event"
