Point in Time

A PIT (Point in Time) report will allow you to re-run a report as if you were running it on a specific date in history.

There are 5 PIT Reports:

 

1. PIT Month End Report

2. PIT Complete Report

3. PIT Positive Balance Report

4. PIT Negative Balance Report

5. PIT 30-60-90 Report

 

Details on how to generate each of the above reports are detailed below.  

 

 

PIT Month End Report 

AUnder Navigation go to "Finance"

B: Click on "System Reports"

CClick on "PIT Month End"

 

DType in the start and end dates

E: Type in which user

      - For all users type in "ALL"

FClick on "Get Report"

G: Report has run successfully

      - Click the green print button to print

 

 

PIT Complete Report

AUnder Navigation go to "Finance"

B: Click on "System Reports"

CClick on "PIT Complete"

 

D: Type in the as of date

EClick on "Get Report"

F: The Report has run successfully

GThe total balance is located here

         - Click the green "Print" button to print

         - Click the green "Email" button to email

 

 

PIT Positive Balance Report

AUnder Navigation go to "Finance"

B: Click on "System Reports"

CClick on "PIT Postitive Balance"

 

D: Type in the as of date

EClick on "Get Report"

F: The Report has run successfully

GThe total balance is located here

         - Click the green "Print" button to print

         - Click the green "Email" button to email

 

 

PIT Negative Balance Report

AUnder Navigation go to "Finance"

B: Click on "System Reports"

CClick on "PIT Negative Blanace"

 

D: Type in the as of date

EClick on "Get Report"

F: The Report has run successfully

GThe total balance is located here

         - Click the green "Print" button to print

         - Click the green "Email" button to email

 

 

PIT 30-60-90 Report

AUnder Navigation go to "Finance"

B: Click on "System Reports"

CClick on "PIT 30-60-90"

 

D: Type in the as of date

EClick on "Get Report"

F: The Report has run successfully

GThe total balance is located here

         - Click the green "Print" button to print

         - Click the green "Email" button to email
