What Are Public (shared) Exams

examYARD.com allows system administrators to write, edit, analyze, share, advertise and sell exams.

The following document will explain what public shared exams are.

A: Indicating an exam as "Public" allows you to then give other schools access to the exam

and/ or advertise the exam online (i.e. social media marketing)

       Exam Status: Public

Any registered group(s) / institution(s) is able to use this exam.

B: Other schools can gain access to the exam with a share code

       Share Code

Share this exam with a specific registered group(s) / organization(s). This is different than a PUBLIC exam which is open to every registered

group / organization. This exam should be set to PRIVATE and the share code given to the administrator of the group to IMPORT.

C: To create a share code click on the box next to share code and type it in.

        - Then click the green "Update Profile" button
