Custom Contact is a powerful tool that can be used to build Workflow and Automation Systems utilizing Custom Letters, Custom Reports and a system scheduling tool called CRON. 

CRON is a time-based job scheduler that allows you to set up and maintain scheduled jobs (emails, notifications or other tasks) to run periodically at fixed times, dates, or intervals.

CRON can be used to automate simple administrative tasks such as emailing a monthly newsletter or monthly statements

CRON is a fully automated system that allows you to set up single events that run on a regularly scheduled basis.

CRON will allow automate any News Job, Date Job or Project (WorkFlow) Job
