An “Unauthorized Account ” are user accounts that have created temporary accounts from an online form ( like online applications ). These applicants will need to be authorized to give the applicant access to the school’s main portal ( This a safety measure to protect the schools database ).
From your “Recruitment” dashboard you will see a list of unauthorized accounts through the “Security” Tab. These accounts will need to be authorized. You will then have the opportunity to authorize and give them access to the school’s portal to continue the application process.
