Course: Setting Up Assignments (Assignments)

The category weighted grade is calculated from the assignments that are contained within the category .

When building your course category:

1.  What your assignment

2. In relation to the category  grade, what is the assignment worth.

Example

Assignment 1 is worth 100 pts of 500 pts or 20% of the category grade.

Assignment 2 is worth 100 pts of 500 pts or 20% of the category grade.

Assignment 3 is worth 100 pts of 500 pts or 20% of the category grade.

Assignment 4 is worth 100 pts of 500 pts or 20% of the category grade.

Assignment 5 is worth 100 pts of 500 pts or 20% of the category grade.

The category points (GREEN) assigned to the category is not related in any way to the assignment points.  The (GREEN) points are only used for final grade weighting.
