1098T: IRS Annual Filings

IRS Annual Filings

All institutions are responsible to submit a report to the IRS for the 1098T. The following document

will explain how to generate a 1098T for a single student, or all students. This document will also detail

how to generate the IRS annual fillings (a downloadable file).

A: Under Navigation go to "Finance"

       - This can also be accomplished under "Registrar"

B: Click on "System Reports"

C: Click on "1098T (USA)"

D: Type in the year

For a Single User Statement

Eaa: For a single user statement the Students ID Number is needed

      Ea: Click on 1 of the 3 applicable links

             - A PDF will open in another window

             - Be sure to fill in any missing information

For a Batch User Statement

Eb: Click on 1 of the 3 applicable links

             - A PDF will open in another window

             - Be sure to fill in any missing information

For IRS Filling

Ec: If you are using a 3rd party to file your 1098T click on the applicable link to download the file

            *You may need to check in downloads for the file
