How do I Comment on an IT Request?

Module Menu →  Building / Facilities  → Reports → Show Technology Requests

Explanation

Under the Module menu (upper right corner), go to Building / Facilities.
In the toolbar and click on “Reports” and then “Show Technology Requests” 

Click on “Comments” next to the corresponding technology request

Click on “Add Comments”

Type your comment

Click on “Add Comment”

Click on the white “X”

Your comment has been added
