Custom letters are documents that you can create online and save to your letters directory for future use. Letters can be emailed or printed as PDF documents.Letters can also contain dozens of different merge fields.

Custom letters can be stylized to have the look and feel that you want for your institution.
Letters can be shared with other team members or departments.The KNOWLEDGE BASE has hundreds of sample letters for you to review.
In the Custom Forms area of the campusSIS system, you have the ability to create, edit and delete custom fields and then embed them into Custom Forms. These forms can be used to capture data points about your users. Each form element (form field) is given a unique TAG name. MERGE FIELDSThis tag name can be used as a merge field in any of your custom letters.
