Why can't I see or find a letter?

All letters are permissions based.  There are ( 3 ) three ways you can have access to a letter. If you are NOT one of these you cannot see the letter.

1. You are the owner / creator of the letter.
   
   
   
2. The letter has been specifically shared with you
   The owner / or anyone with edit permission to the letter can share the letter with  you in the Letters Console
   
   
   
   
3. You are part of a TEAM that the letter has been shared with
   The owner / or anyone with edit permission to the letter can share the letter with  you in the Letters Console
