The Custom Reports function is available under every major tool bar...

Development, Admissions, Registrar, Finance and Library

A: Under Navigation go to "Recruitment/Admissions"

B: Click on "Customs Reports"

C: Click on "PDF"

D: Click on the boxes next to all people you wish to add the activity to 

E: Click on drop down box to select a letter 

F: Click on "print PDF"

G: Click on "Download batch PDF"

H: PDF of the letter selected will open in another window
