How do you make a form field mandatory?

Custom Forms → Show Forms → <select form> → <Edit Button> 

Explanation

A form field can be set as mandatory by selecting the “Mandatory Field” to “ON” in the field settings for the specific form that you are working on.

1. Goto the the Forms Tool
2. Select the Form (Select Edit)
3. Select the Field inside of the above form (Select Edit)
4. Scroll down the page and find the “Mandatory Field” setting and set it to “ON”
