Surveys is another tool in your tool box that is our program, that will allow you to create surveys for specific topics you want to gather information from your students. Surveys is an institutional assessment tool that allows you to create surveys and distribute to your users. Surveys exist at the institutional level (admin) and at the module level for specific topics you want to gather information from your students.
The “Surveys” tool can be accessed from any of the main Modules. (System Administrator/ Recruitment/Admissions/ Human Resources/ Career Services/ Student Life/ Finance/ Development/ Financial Aid)The “Survey” tool can help you in decision making, planning, and more for your institute. By understanding what your students are thinking, experiencing, and wanting in their school. You will be able to provide a more enjoyable atmosphere and help with retaining students for future terms. All while also improving the relationships with staff and students.
A few of the survey types you can create are:
Course Evaluations: get feedback on instructors, what courses students want, etc…
Organizational Assessments: topics from culture, community, student engagement, and more
Event Inquiries: see what things your students want to see happening the school
These are just a few of the surveys at your disposal. Our “Survey” dashboard is easy to use. The Directory of Institutional Surveys are surveys that you can send to your students gathering the information about the institute and courses . You can create custom surveys from the “Directory of Institutional Surveys” dashboard.

You will also see previously made surveys listed on the dashboard. This section gives you the ability to preview, edit, or delete previously made surveys.
