billed at $0.02 cents per recipient / message. If you are a higher volume sender consider creating your own

Twilio account (https://www.twilio.com/) for additional savings (and reporting).

The Twilio website / reporting service has a lot of additional functionality that your institution may be

interested in implementing - it's worth having a look - and it may save you a little money.
