How do I activate my CampusSIS subscription?

Click on “License Days Remaining” at the very top of the screen.

Our CampusSIS software platform offers a digital billing system for all of our subscribers. Anyone that logs into the system that has access to the "System Administrator" Module should have a banner across the top of the screen that says "License Days Remaining".

 

The "License Days Remaining" is connected to the digital billing system for your institution's subscription to CampusSIS.  By clicking on the License Days Remaining banner, you have the ability to pay your annual subscription fee via credit card and print a receipt. Or, if you prefer to send in a check, you have the ability to print out a pre-invoice and mail it in.

If your institution prefers to pay via credit card, just click the "Renew Now" button, and the system will walk you through the credit card processing.. Once successfully completed, the system will automatically renew your license, and give you a place to print a receipt.

 

If your institution prefers to pay via check, just click the "print" link to the right and the system will generate a "Pre-Invoice" for your subscription. Please be sure to send in a copy of the invoice with your check when mailing it in..

If you would like to grant other users access to the digital billing tool, without giving them access to the System Administrator Module,  click on the “Manage Notifications” button at the top of the screen.

Click on the “drop” button to remove anyone from the notifications list.  Or, use the Search User box to find individuals within your system, then click on their name to add them to the notifications list.
